Impeccable service and breathtaking views define this stay! The spacious room felt like a peaceful retreat, and the staff's attention to our needs was commendable. Just a short walk from the bustling city center, we enjoyed marvelous breakfasts and a lovely ambiance. Still, maintenance issues need addressing for an even better experience.

the air conditioning was kinda tricky to figure out, but the bathroom had a huge jacuzzi tub and the staff kept our room stocked with extra water. breakfast was really filling with fresh pastries each morning!

I felt genuinely valued. However, I faced a significant issue with a persistent odor in my bathroom. Despite the staff’s attempt to address it, the smell lingered throughout my stay. This was surprising given the hotel's luxury status. Additionally, calling room service resulted in delays and confusion. some requests took longer than expected. Despite these hiccups, my time at the hotel was wonderful, and I appreciated all the thoughtful touches.
